Support the Facilities Management team with the day-to-day running of facilities services.Oversee contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Assist with budgets, reporting, and record keeping.Build strong working relationships with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous improvement of facilities services.About You
Previous experience in facilities management or a related role.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of health and safety compliance.Experience using CAFM softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.Seniority level
