We have a great opportunity for a Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Cotswolds office in Cheltenham. As our Assistant Facilities Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all offices within the South West are fit for purpose managing both hard and soft services.We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we''re also committed to supporting flexible working where possible. Regular office visits to support regional teams and conduct office compliance and housekeeping checks and auditsWork closely with office managers and building management to ensure our offices are fit for purposeWork in partnership with the regional SHE teams to ensure a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to Vistry policies and procedures in all officesSupport the Facilities Manager and Head of Facilities as requiredEnsure that all office service providers carry out their works to an acceptable standard, ensuring the effective resolution of any issues and completion of pre-planned worksManage facilities projects and local works/contractors in assigned officesOversee all facilities related compliance, ensuring local documentation is completed accurately and required data is recorded centrally in line with agreed best practicesEnsure security processes and information at all offices are in place and fit for purpose (in and out of hours)Gather all relevant data for group reporting requirementsProvide ''Office Manager Role'' at main office baseWork with key stakeholders to identify and implement best practices across all functions, tasks, and systemsQualifications

Previous experience in a facilities positionPassionate about customer service, facilities, and housebuildingAbility to work on your own and be part of a teamEffective communicator with previous experience liaising with stakeholders at all levelsKeen to develop yourself professionally and undergo appropriate trainingEagerness to be involved in multiple projects and assist the team with ongoing larger scale projectsExcellent communication skillsExperience in Microsoft Office packagesAbout Us
