Key Details: Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager Salary: £35k - £45k, DOE + bonus Location: London with regular travel to office sites (travel will be expensed) Working pattern: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00, fully onsite Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day facilities operation across multiple London locations. Coordinate routine and reactive maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved quickly. Liaise with contractors across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC services. Carry out site inspections and support health and safety compliance. Keep meeting rooms, communal areas and shared spaces looking exceptional.
