You will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a client''s main office in Southampton, while also overseeing two nearby satellite sites. The role will cover both hard and soft services, working closely with the Facilities Manager and travelling between the sites as required. The salary for this position is -35,000 to -38,000, alongside a generous benefits package including a discretionary bonus. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities operations across the sites, including managing contractors and coordinating planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
