Your new companyA higher educational institution in the Manchester region is recruiting an assistant facilities manager into their in-house Estates and Facilities team. You will be joining an established team who will be undergoing growth over the next few years due to an investment package to build and upgrade infrastructure.Your new roleYou will be joining the management team within the facilities department to provide a customer-focused and effective FM service to the estates. This role will support the operational activities to ensure efficient staffing of resources across the FM provision. You will also manage the on-site contracts on behalf of the university, and work with other managers to support delivery continuity.
