Ensure compliance with regulations and health and safety standards.Manage finances and maintain records related to facilities operations.Be involved in administrative and managerial tasks to help maintain an efficient and well-run facility.Conduct EML tests and fire bell tests.Assist with metering and tendering projects as part of the facilities management process.Requirements
Prior experience in Facilities Management.Experience in a customer-facing role.Good organisational skills; self-motivated and able to work unsupervised within company procedures and with guidance from the Facilities / Centre Managers.Good communication skills with proven ability to work in a customer-facing role.Employment details
