Assistant Façade Manager - Main Contractor Our client is a long established and successful main contractor, operating across a range of sectors including: residential, commercial, mixed use, retail, hotels, leisure and more. They''re looking to recruit an Assistant Façade Manager to join their team on a to run the a £45m residential new build near Epsom. Their ideal candidate will have the following: Previous experience in all façade elements ie: scaffold, SFS, windows, external doors, roofing, balconies, GRC, traditional brick, brick slip systems, architectural metal work etc. Facade experience including: traditional block and brickwork, traditional timber truss and cut roofs Good knowledge of design, drawings, details, specifications etc. QA completing and recording build stages Efficient with construction management software programs Awareness of HSE legislation and requirements and ensure these are being adhered to on site.
