With a strong pipeline of work, the business focuses on high-volume, straightforward projects within established frameworks.The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Estimator to join the commercial team. This role is designed to support senior estimators with a consistent flow of work, allowing them to focus on higher-level responsibilities. It''s an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to specialise in estimating within a supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissionsSupport senior estimators with take-offs, pricing, and documentationWork across a variety of fit-out, refurbishment, and DandB projectsLiaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotationsHelp manage multiple bids simultaneously due to high work volumeMaintain accurate records and support the estimating process end-to-endRequirementsPrevious construction experience, ideally with time spent on-siteStrong interest in developing a career in estimatingTrades background or practical construction ..... full job details .....
