Review drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and tender documentation. Undertake measurements and quantify materials, labour, plant and equipment requirements. Assist with the preparation of tender pricing schedules and cost breakdowns. Identify discrepancies, omissions, risks and potential cost-saving opportunities within tender documentation.
