Assistant Estimator

THE ROLE: ASSISTANT ESTIMATOR THE COMPANY: I am currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Tier 1 Main Contractor with an outstanding reputation across the South Coast. The business has built a strong name for delivering high-quality construction projects, from medium-sized developments through to some of the region''s largest and most recognisable schemes, with current project values reaching up to 60 million. With a regional turnover in excess of 120 million, they have the financial strength and project pipeline of a major contractor, while retaining the close-knit culture and strong team environment that has resulted in exceptionally low staff turnover across the region. Their success is built around the quality of their people, and they have developed one of the strongest training and career development programmes in the UK construction industry. Internal promotion is actively encouraged, with many senior members of the business having progressed through the organisation themselves.
