Assistant Estimator

The Role Working closely with the Pre-Construction Director and wider estimating team, you will support the preparation and delivery of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and handover. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the preparation of tenders, budgets and cost plans Reviewing tender documents, drawings and project requirements Carrying out manual and digital take-offs Preparing Bills of Quantities Preparing and issuing subcontractor enquiries Obtaining, reviewing and comparing subcontractor quotations Inputting and analysing project costs Supporting the preparation of tender submissions Assisting with the handover of successful tenders to the project team Maintaining the subcontractor database Attending site visits where required ..... full job details .....
