We are seeking a construction Assistant Estimator within the Industrial new build sector to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of construction processes and cost control, enabling them to provide accurate estimates & takeoffs for various projects, including revised costs from client change orders and variations to contracted works .

As an Assistant Estimator, you''ll support the delivery of competitive, high-quality bids by analysing subcontractor returns, preparing cost plans, and helping manage project data throughout the tender process. If you''re detail-driven with a solid grounding in residential construction and a proactive approach to estimating, this role offers a strong foundation for career growth in a high-performing team.
