This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their estimating career and looking to develop their skills within a supportive, forward-thinking business. You will work closely with senior estimators and pre-construction professionals, assisting with tenders, cost planning, and developing accurate quotations for CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.Responsibilities will include:Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions for CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.Supporting the analysis of drawings, specifications, and project documents.Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing information.Helping to produce bills of quantities and cost breakdowns.Supporting the pre-construction team in bid preparation and tender returns.Learning and applying value engineering principles to provide cost-effective solutions.Developing ..... full job details .....
