Assistant Engineering Manager Location: Redditch, WorcestershireSalary: £55,000 per annumWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday DaysIndustry: Food ManufacturingReporting To: Site Engineering Manager We are looking for an experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to join a busy food manufacturing site in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor or Senior Engineer looking to take the next step into a management position, or an existing Assistant Engineering Manager looking for a new challenge. Working closely with the Site Engineering Manager, you will help lead the engineering function, ensuring the site s production equipment remains safe, reliable and efficient while supporting the development of the engineering team. The Role As Assistant Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day engineering activities across a high-volume food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for supporting the engineering team, driving maintenance performance and ensuring planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed effectively. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Engineering Manager in the day-to-day management of the engineering function.
