Assistant Employee Relations Officer needed in Exeter This is a temporary role and the rate is £14.10ph PAYE The reference number is: 377710 The successful candidate will work part time, with the Employee Relations team develop HR policies and procedures that will align terms and conditions of employment. They will provide general administrative support, including responding to queries, co-ordinating meetings, drafting notes for circulation and the effective maintenance of ER records, as well as liaison and negotiation with stakeholders and internal departments to achieve departmental workload.
