Our teams support clients across the full project lifecycle, drawing on experience from a wide range of development and infrastructure sectors.As part of continued strategic growth, we are seeking an Associate Director-level Structural Engineer to play a key leadership role within our regional structural engineering business. This position will work closely with senior leadership to shape future direction, grow market presence and develop a high-performing local team.This is a senior role for a commercially aware professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead people, manage clients and win work. You will take ownership of complex structural engineering projects from early concept through to delivery, ensuring technical excellence, commercial performance and outstanding client outcomes.The role offers exposure to a varied portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects across sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, research, industrial and mixed-use developments.
