Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the People and Culture function, including payroll administration, recruitment and HR administrationOversee employee relations, provide guidance on resolution and compliance with employment lawDrive colleague engagement initiatives to promote a positive working cultureCoach and support managers on performance management, team development and HR best practiceComplete HR analytics and reportingCollaborate with the Director of People and Culture and senior leaders to drive an effective people strategyQualifications
Proven experience in a senior HR role within hospitality with demonstrated ability to lead and develop a teamStrong working knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing ER casesAbility to analyse HR data to drive insights and decisionsExcellent interpersonal, coaching and influencing skillsExperience with HR systems; Workday and ADP is preferredComfortable collaborating cross-functionally across all levels of the businessOur Commitment To You (Benefits)
