This is a high-impact leadership role, forming part of the extended HR team. You will lead a multidisciplinary HR Services function, overseeing Resourcing, HR Operations, HR Data & Insight, Payroll and Pensions, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery across the organisation.
