Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the core finance team across transactional, payroll, and processing workflows. Statutory & Audit: Take full ownership of statutory annual accounts (FRS102, Charity SORP) and lead the year-end audit process. Treasury & Capital: Oversee group cash management, short/long-term forecasting, and capital expenditure tracking.
