Assistant Director - Growth, Regeneration and InfrastructureLocation: London, hybrid working Rate: £750 umbrella (Inside IR35)Contract Length: till end of December 2026As Assistant Director - Growth, Regeneration and Infrastructure, you will lead the Council''s strategic growth agenda, bringing together regeneration, planning policy, infrastructure and housing delivery into a coordinated programme that delivers at pace and at scale.Working across the Council and with developers, government, infrastructure providers and regional partners, you will secure investment, unlock complex development opportunities and ensure infrastructure keeps pace with growth.Key Requirements: Lead the Council''s long-term strategy for growth, regeneration and infrastructureOversee major regeneration and infrastructure programmes and investmentBuild strong partnerships with developers, investors and public sector partnersLead the Council''s approach to funding, capital investment and developer contributionsProvide strategic advice to Members and senior leaders on growth, regeneration and infrastructureDrive innovation, transformation and high performance across your portfolioKey Responsibilities: Significant strategic leadership experience in regeneration, planning, development or infrastructureA strong understanding of growth, investment, housing delivery and place-makingCommercial and financial expertise, including development viability and investmentExperience managing major programmes, budgets ..... full job details .....
