Assistant Director for Adult Social Care - Local Authority

My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Assistant Director for Adult Social Care on a Contract basis.The role will work extensively with the Health Service to lead, deliver and improve Adult''s Hospital Discharge, Reablement, Occupational Therapy, Home Adaptations and Provider Services.About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid):Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across Home First and Provider Services.Manage services within a budget of approximately £12 million.Represent the Council at partnership boards, strategic forums and external meetings.Shape and influence borough-wide adult social care strategy and service development.About you: You will have the following experiences:Significant experience leading large-scale adult social care services.Proven track record of managing complex service transformation and improvement programmes.Experience of managing multidisciplinary and integrated health and social care services.Extensive experience of leading large budgets, resources and workforce functions.What''s on offer:Salary: £700 per day, inside IR35Hybrid WorkingContract type: ContractHours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to FridayHow to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
