Assistant Development Surveyor

I''m looking to speak with Assistant and or Graduate Development Surveyors to join a reputable business based in Manchester.

My client is a privately owned multi-asset investment company. Their primary focus is property investment and development, with a strong project portfolio.

Sectors of operation include; Residential, Retail, and Industrial with project values up to £40m.

This is a great career opportunity to join an established team. You will be provided full support and training, along with uncapped career progression/opportunities.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

• Experience: 1-2 years in a development / project management role in the construction industry (preferable but not essential).
• A construction related university degree.

This is a full time role, with a starting salary on offer between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, with a 6 month pay review. My client also offer hybrid working of 1 x day from home per week.
