This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester M4 for an Assistant Designer at a fast-growing leisure and activewear brand. You’ll support the design team in creating stylish, performance-driven apparel. Your day-to-day will involve assisting with design drafts, supporting the production process, and contributing to design reviews. Key Responsibilities:Assist in designing activewear and leisurewear collections, from concept to final product.Support the production team with tech packs, fabric selections, and sample coordination.Participate in design reviews and trend research, especially within fitness and influencer spaces.Maintain organized digital and physical design archives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and influencer partnerships.Ensure all designs align with brand identity and performance standards.QualificationsProficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Experience in sketching and drafting fashion concepts, ideally within activewear or streetwear.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet fast-paced deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in fashion or sportswear design is a ..... full job details .....
