Assistant Design CoordinatorLocation:Oxfordshire and surrounding areas (Site-Based)Salary:£40,000 £50,000 per annum + BenefitsJob Type:Permanent, Full-Time Assistant Design Coordinator ConstructionWe are working with a well-established construction contractor who is looking to recruit an Assistant Design Coordinatorto join their growing team, working on a diverse portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects valued between £5m and £70m. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in design coordination or architectural practice who is looking to develop their career within a main contractor environment. We would also consider candidates at Design Coordinator level, provided they are not operating at Senior level. The role will involve supporting the Design Manager in progressing design information, typically from RIBA Stage 4 onwards, ensuring designs are coordinated, cost-effective and delivered in line with project programmes. Projects will be based across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, so a full UK driving licence is essential. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Design Manager to progress design information from outline through to detailed design. Assist in developing cost-effective design solutions that meet project requirements and construction deadlines.
