Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the depot, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, fleet management and operational efficiency are consistently achieved. The Opportunity As Assistant Depot Manager, you will support the leadership of the depot operation, helping to drive performance across service delivery, transport coordination, asset management and team development. Working closely with depot staff, drivers and customers, you''ll ensure the business continues to deliver exceptional service while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure all equipment and accessories are inspected upon return to the depot and are processed in line with operational procedures. Maximise recovery of costs and revenue relating to loss, theft or damaged equipment. Coordinate drivers, vehicles and transport activities to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
