ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Assistant Commercial Manager on a 2 month contract.

The Role:

• Deliver end-to-end procurement activity across Workforce Category agreements
• Support volume mini competitions and direct awards
• Manage procurement compliance across legacy PCR/UCR and the Procurement Act
• Work closely with commercial managers on retendering and pipeline activity
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to governance standards
• Use SAP purchasing processes (training provided)

Requirements:

• Experience supporting or running framework retenders
• Experience running full procurement cycles
• Must be comfortable handling multiple procurements at speed.
• Familiarity with PCR, UCR, and the new Procurement Act is required.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
• Can quickly integrate into a busy team supporting multiple workforce-related categories
