Assistant Client Manager
Assistant Client Manager - Financial Services Located in Sale Great opportunity for an Assistant Client Manager with a background in the Financial Servives Industry. The role main responsibility is to provide support to Client Managers and working to assist them in delivering the expected service levels to Clients. A fantastic opportunity where you will be trained and developed to become a Client Manager. Duties will include : Liaising with Client Managers and Advisors, as appropriate and keeping them up to date with task progress. Liaising with provider companies to obtain policy information as appropriate. Liaising with Clients to provide updates, as requested. Processing Client Letter of Authority (LOA). Updating Client file with up-to-date policy information Preparing documentation such as Portfolio Reports and Policy Summary sheets, Client Review and Recommendation Reports. Preparing and processing Life Insurance quotations and applications Updating Client files with relevant documentation, policy details and Client information, and ensuring these are up to date and present. Assisting with Monthly Income reconciliation Preparation of Client Packs Answering phones Salary Guide 26500 + Bonus + Study Support + Benefits ..... full job details .....
