This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified practice professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a portfolio of clients, and supporting the development of colleagues. The successful candidate will take ownership of their own client portfolio while working closely with senior members of the team, with a clear progression path to Client Manager. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Managing your own portfolio of clients Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering exceptional client service Managing deadlines across accounts, VAT returns and compliance work Supporting senior team members with the wider client portfolio Building and maintaining strong client relationships Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies Supporting and mentoring junior team members Ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery About You To be considered, you will have: ACA or ACCA qualification At least 3 years'' experience within an accountancy practice Experience managing client relationships and deadlines Strong technical and analytical skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities A proactive, commercial and client-focused ..... full job details .....
