Assistant Charity Shop Manager

Part time- 24 hours per week (3 days per week to include some weekends) Fareham, Hampshire £24,851 per annum pro rata Interviews taking place on Sunday 4th October 2026 at the Charity Shop in Fareham We have a new opportunity for a part time Assistant Charity Shop Manager to join the Autism Hampshire Charity shop in Fareham. The role will be 24 hours per week (3 days per week to include weekends). You will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the shop, working closely with the Retail Manager and team of retail volunteers, as well as acting as Retail Manager in the absence of the manager. This role is instrumental in making our shop successful, as well as raising local awareness of Autism Hampshire and raising support for our services and campaigns. Accountabilities and responsibilities Achieve agreed sales targets. Manage shop floor in the absence of the manager. Responsible for delivering and creating a culture of good customer service. To act as an ambassador for the charity, promoting public awareness of all Autism Hampshire services. To support with Health and Safety requirements within the shop as well as maintenance requirements.
