Assistant Catering Manager
Full-time, 35 hours per week (5 days over 7)3 months temp role, possibility to be extendedWe''re recruiting a hands-on Assistant Catering Manager to support the delivery of high-quality hospitality and event services. You''ll lead and motivate a front-of-house team, oversee function delivery, and act as the main point of contact for clients during events, ensuring excellent service standards at all times.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support the Function Floor team during eventsAct as client contact during functions and respond to service requestsEnsure events are set up, staffed and delivered to agreed standardsAssist with rotas, staffing levels and forward planningSupport financial controls, stock management and KPIsMaintain food safety, hygiene and Health and Safety complianceTrain, develop and supervise staffWork flexibly including evenings, weekends and bank holidaysEssential Experience:Supervisory or management experience in hospitalityStrong customer service and communication skillsLevel 2 Food Hygiene qualificationAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced environmentGood organisation, attention to detail and stock awarenessDesirable:Level 3 Food HygieneCatering/Hospitality qualificationsEvents or conferencing experiencePersonal ..... full job details .....
