The Job You''ll Do: Ensuring materials are purchased at the most cost-effective price and in the most cost-effective way Monthly monitoring of suppliers'' performance and co-ordinating associated progress activities Working together with other departments within the business on a daily basis, ensuring purchase process is followed. General system/departmental administration support to ensure system accuracy, purchase order issue and data is maintained. Support project teams where new projects are being introduced Capable of working autonomously with objectives being set by the Lead Buyer or wider Purchase management structure.
