JOB TITLE: Assistant Building Surveyor - Building Services and Maintenance SALARY: 39,276 - 42,771 per annum TYPE: PERMANENT HOURS: This is a Full time role We are recruiting for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a well-established Building Services and Maintenance team in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a varied estate that includes corporate buildings, schools, libraries, and community assets, while working towards RICS APC professional accreditation with structured support and development.
