The role involves undertaking a wide range of building surveying services, including professional and project work.Roles and Responsibilities:

Supporting senior team members in various building surveying services such as dilapidations, project management, technical due diligence, building reinstatement cost assessments, and maintenance programs.Effectively managing multiple instructions with supervision, seeking guidance as needed.Liaising directly with clients as experience is gained to meet their requirements and keep them informed.About You:

Degree in Building Surveying or related field, RICS accredited, 2:1 or above.Minimum 12 months experience in a Building Surveying role.Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive.Strong IT skills, especially in Word and Excel.Well-organized, efficient, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Flexible, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.Salary and Benefits:
