Their enthusiasm and drive has won over clients securing a project portfolio that is the envy of the competition. The business was launched to provide Project Management and PQS services working on projects ranging from £1m - £140million. In recent years they have brought on some fantastic clients via their modest but highly regarded Building Surveying team. The Opportunity They are looking to attract an experienced Assistant Building Surveyor to join an existing team in the Exeter office. Key responsibilities will include: Conduct thorough building, condition, and measured surveys to ensure comprehensive assessments. Analyse and produce detailed reports on building defects, ensuring our clients are well-informed. Skilfully manage claims and negotiations with loss adjusters, ultimately leading to the preparation of precise drawings and specifications for remedial work. Prepare meticulous schedules of dilapidations for both land and buildings, demonstrating your attention to detail.
