The Role:
- Supporting project teams on condition surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis, feasibility studies, and other building surveying tasks
- Assisting in advising clients on practical and sustainable solutions
- Contributing to project documentation, reports, and recommendations
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders under the guidance of senior colleagues
- Keeping up to date with legislation, health & safety requirements, and building regulations
- Learning best practice approaches to sustainability, retrofit, and conservation projects
- Some experience or a strong interest in building surveying, heritage, or retrofit projects
- A relevant qualification (BSc/HND or equivalent) or working towards MRICS
