The Role:

• Supporting project teams on condition surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis, feasibility studies, and other building surveying tasks
• Assisting in advising clients on practical and sustainable solutions
• Contributing to project documentation, reports, and recommendations
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders under the guidance of senior colleagues
• Keeping up to date with legislation, health & safety requirements, and building regulations
• Learning best practice approaches to sustainability, retrofit, and conservation projects

• Some experience or a strong interest in building surveying, heritage, or retrofit projects
• A relevant qualification (BSc/HND or equivalent) or working towards MRICS
