Assistant Building Manager

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Building Manager to join a high-profile commercial property in Trafford, supporting the day-to-day management and operational performance of the asset. The Role Working closely with the Senior Building Manager, you will assist in delivering high standard of customer service, oversee Health and Safety compliance and Facilities Management; implementing all agreed service levels for both Hard and Soft services (front of house/security/maintenance/cleaning). Key Responsibilities Support the management and performance of all hard and soft FM services across the property. Monitor contractor performance through regular reviews, meetings, and KPI management. Validate invoices and monitor expenditure against budget forecasts. Assist in the preparation and management of service charge budgets. Conduct regular property inspections and daily health and safety tours. Ensure all statutory compliance, health, safety, and environmental requirements are met. Manage minor works projects from initial request through to completion. Build strong relationships with occupiers and promote tenant engagement initiatives.
