Our client, a highly respected and long-established independent merchant in the West Midlands, is looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to support the continued growth of their successful Kidderminster operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with merchanting experience who enjoys leading people, driving operational excellence, and building strong customer relationships. The Role Working closely with the Branch Manager, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the branch, helping to oversee operations, sales, transport, purchasing, and team performance.
