Assistant Branch Manager

Kinetic Recruitment are working with a well-established ventilation business who are looking to bring in an Assistant Branch Manager to join their Manchester team.It''s a hands-on role where you''ll be involved in both operational activity and team support, ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.This is a full-time, permanent position working in person.Salary:From 30,000 per annum (depending on experience)What you''ll be doing Overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring company procedures are followed Supporting the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and satisfaction Supporting, motivating and helping develop branch staff Reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and alignmentWhat we''re looking for Previous experience within the ventilation industry (essential) Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised with strong attention to detail A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving Ability to work independently when required Full UK driving licence (preferred)What''s in it for you?
