Key Responsibilities Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch and deputise in their absence. Drive sales performance by identifying customer needs, providing quotations, and maximising opportunities with both new and existing customers. Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring a first-class service experience. Assist with branch merchandising, stock management, and supplier relationships. Monitor local market activity, competitor trends, and customer demand to help develop branch growth strategies. Support financial performance through effective stock control, debtor management, cash collection, and profit improvement initiatives.
