ROLE: Assistant Bodyshop ManagerLOCATION: Guildford, SurreySALARY: 38k + company benefitsHOURS: Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week
As the Assistant Bodyshop Manager you will help with all the activities within the Bodyshop, ensuring that all work is undertaken in a timely and correct manner, thereby always ensuring customer care/satisfaction.
Assistant Bodyshop Manager – duties:• Organise the Bodyshop job loading by controlling job start and finishing times and to be always aware of the status of each job• Conducting daily progress meetings with Bodyshop staff and reporting to the Bodyshop Manager• Ensure that all jobs are being undertaken professionally and correctly and that final quality checks are undertaken• Ensure all job cards are completed, and corrected correctly, and be ultimately responsible for shop floor discipline• Adhere to all the housekeeping and health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment
Assistant Bodyshop Manager – about you:• Previous experience in a bodyshop• Management experience• Full UK driving license• Can do attitude
