What you''ll be doing:

As Assistant Bar Manager, you''ll be hands-on in the bar and lounges, taking ownership of your shift and ensuring the team delivers to 5-star standards. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Bar and Lounge Manager with daily operations

Leading bar staff, assigning duties and monitoring completion

Training new team members and nurturing their development

Managing rotas and anticipating business needs

Resolving work-related issues positively and professionally

Upholding the highest standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness

What we''re looking for:

We''re searching for an Assistant Bar Manager in New Milton with:Previous supervisory or team leader experience within hospitality
