roleAssistant Bar and Lounge Manager mainly works in the Bar and Lounge, in addition to providing beverage service to the restaurant and bar guests they will lead the bar staff working on their shift. They will train new bar staff, assign opening and closing duties and monitor bar staff duties through to completion.
