The role of Assistant Back of House Manager for The Londoner will be a very important position due to the nature and size of our food and beverage operation.As Assistant Back of House Manger you will be responsible for assisting the Back of House Manager in the smooth running of the Kitchen and Back of House operation.You will be responsible for collating all cutlery and crockery stock takes and highlighting any breakages or concerns.As Assistant Back of House Manager you will be responsible for supporting with training and gathering feedback to measure training effectiveness.Identification of training needs and requirements in FandB back of house, alongside the Back of House Manager.Co-ordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries.Compilation of health and safety audits in ExcelAbout You:
