To work closely with the Inclusion Team, Heads of Year, SEND Department and Safeguarding Team to support vulnerable students, ensuring appropriate interventions are implemented to improve attendance, wellbeing and successful reintegration into school. To act as a key mentor for targeted students, delivering regular check-ins, attendance mentoring and agreed interventions. To support the successful reintegration of students following periods of absence, suspension or emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), helping them to re-engage with learning and school life. To contribute to weekly Inclusion Panel meetings, as well as other Team Around the Family/Child meetings and other multi-agency meetings where appropriate.
