Asset Manager Assistant / Operations and Management GraduateLocation: Wadebridge, Cornwall Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 DOE Type: Full-time, PermanentThe Energy Division at ARM is currently recruiting for an Asset Manager Assistant / Operations and Management Graduate to join an established and growing renewable energy business based in Wadebridge, Cornwall.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, organisation and coordination skills who is looking to develop a career within the renewable energy and asset management sector.The RoleYou will support the asset management and operational teams in managing a portfolio of solar PV and wind energy assets, coordinating maintenance activities, contractors, site requirements and operational records.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance activities.Liaising with OandM providers, HV contractors, DNOs and site contractors.Managing client, supplier and customer queries.Maintaining accurate asset registers, site information and maintenance records.Monitoring renewable energy sites on a rota basis, including weekend cover.Providing Operational Controller cover as part of a weekly rota.Coordinating wind turbine site inspections, including personnel and route planning.Managing materials, site team briefs, budgets and invoices.Supporting the management of remedial maintenance projects.Tracking and managing open OandM tickets to ensure accurate visibility of outstanding ..... full job details .....
