Job Description

This role is for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Team Leader to support a high-performing garment decoration team. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Development:

Act as a positive role model and change agent, supporting the Team Leader in scheduling work, managing resources, and monitoring team performance. You will help evaluate and train team members, ensuring everyone adheres to best practices and standard operating procedures.Operational Management:

Oversee the entire workflow, from checking job orders and coordinating materials (garments, transfers, and artwork) to managing inbound and outbound inventory. You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met, quality control processes are maintained, and waste is minimized.Subject Matter Expertise:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on garment decoration, including the specific machines and processes used. You will ensure all tasks are completed accurately by interpreting artwork files and following work orders with millimeter-level precision.Process and Safety:

Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity. You will ensure all team members follow EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines, and you will set and maintain a consistent maintenance schedule for all machinery.Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing schedules, and creating reports. You will also represent the team as a liaison within the organization.Qualifications

Industry Experience:

Direct experience in the garment decoration, printing, or apparel industry is a significant advantage, particularly with knowledge of ELS Operation Principles.Core Competencies:Highly organized

with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to

manage a high workload

and adjust priorities based on business needs.Strong analytical skills , especially with spreadsheets and data.Excellent

oral and written communication skills

in English.Additional Requirements:Ability to travel internationally, as required for training. A valid passport is essential.Additional Information
