Our Client is a dealership and they’re currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Aberdeen area.

Requirements:
- Previous experience within a dealership service department, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
- Good organisational skills with the ability to assist in daily operations
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to address customer issues professionally
- Familiarity with dealership DMS systems and processes
- Full UK manual driving licence with minimal points
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Aftersales Manager with managing the Aftersales team
- Helping to enhance customer satisfaction
- Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
