Assistant Aftersales Manager

Our Client is a well-established Automotive Dealership and they’re currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Eastbourne area.

Requirements:

- Prior experience within the automotive trade, preferably within a Main Dealer environment.
- A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
- Strong Technical knowledge
- An Assistant Aftersales Manager who leads from the front and can motivate their team to success

Responsibilities:

- Assist with leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Handling customer queries and complaints promptly – maintaining terrific customer service.
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.

The salary for this position is £32,000 basic with a potential OTE of £45,000.
