This is a varied role that combines property accounting responsibilities with wider finance support tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain financial records for properties including bank postings and reconciliations Raise tenant rent invoices and manage associated credit control activities Prepare month-end accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations Balance intercompany accounts between Workman Properties Ltd and Cotteswold Dairy Ltd Assist with annual audit requirements Transfer supplier intake data into relevant systems and spreadsheets Perform supplier statement reconciliations using automated processes Upload BACS payment files to the bankWhat We''re Looking ForStrong attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy Ability to work independently and manage ..... full job details .....
