About the Job Reporting directly to the Group Accountant, the Assistant Accountant will take responsibility for a range of transactional and month-end accounting activities while supporting the smooth running of the wider finance function. The position offers varied exposure across billing, accounts receivable, reconciliations and financial reporting, with the scope to become increasingly involved in statutory accounting, analysis and finance projects as the role develops. Duties will include: Coordinating the monthly billing cycle and ensuring customer invoices are produced correctly and on schedule. Maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, monitoring overdue balances and assisting with credit control activity. Completing bank, credit card and employee expense reconciliations.
